Multiplex Blizzard Tuning Power Set

Multiplex have tuned this power set specifically for the highest performance from their Blizzard and the result is a perfect match of power, weight and speed. The Multiplex Blizzard Tuning setup is also suitable for other similar models up to around 1,100g (39oz).

The box includes: -

• 1 x Himax C3516-1350 brushless motor (333024)
• 1 x MULTIcont BL-54 speed controller (72277)
• 1 x Pair of 9"x6" folding prop blades (733492)
• 1 × 39mm spinner for 5mm shafts (733502)

With the supplied propeller and a 3-cell/11.1V battery the approximate amps drawn is 42A.

Multiplex recommend a 3s/11.1V Li-Poly battery with a capacity of 2,500mAh. We recommend a battery between 1,800-2,500mAh because space is quite tight in the Blizzards fuselage. If tending toward the lower capacity sizes of pack, please ensure an adequate C rating to cope with the 42A current draw, e.g. for a 3s pack with a capacity of 1,800mAh ensure an absolute minimum C rating of 25C.
