The Multiplex Blizzard is a high-performance hotliner designed to exploit light-weight brushless power setups and modern Li-Po technology. Multiplex offer two power setup options for this model, both of which allow vertical hand-launches and excellent performance. For absolute maximum performance we recommend the Multiplex Tuning setup or the AXi Tuning setup, both of which are designed for 3-cell/11.1V Li-Poly batteries.
The Blizzards wing is reinforced with two CFRP spars as well as multiple reinforcing rods at various points along the wing. The ultra thin wing section provides excellent lift when flying slowly but minimal drag for those high-speed passes.

We recommend to use four HS-65HB servos; two for the wings and one for each elevator half.

Multiplex Blizzard with AXi 2820/10 - By Neale Garner This is a fantastic piece of kit of excellent quality. I fitted the the AXi 2820/10 motor and I was very pleased with the performance. If you use this motor you will need 15mm long bolts to secure the motor in place as the 10mm one's provided with the motor are to short. The model was tedious to build as there are a lot of wing reinforcements to glue in and here I would strongly recommend that you use the Zacki Elapor available from the Electricwingman 20grms was ample to complete the build but be careful and use it sparingly if you are heavy handed it takes a while to set. Also get the tuning spinner because it really finishes the model off and unllike most other spinners it has a centre hole in the nose cone to allow air flow and cooling through to the fuselage. Finally I would like to thank Paul and all the crew at the Electricwingman for giving me first class service and advice. Enjoy.
