Large and un-painted version of the popular RC Factory SU-29 EPP model with 1200mm/47" wingspan, for 200-400W setups on 1600-2200mAh 3s Li-Poly batteries with 4×16g servos.
This large 1200mm span version of the EPP RC Factory SU-29 is a fully 3D capable foam model aeroplane with huge control surfaces. The cowl, two-piece undercarriage, control horns and aileron push-rods are included.
The RC Factory SU-29 is a gorgeous EPP foam model with the typical simple and effective construction of the existing EPP models from this stable, which results in a robust but light-weight and accurate airframe for practicing your 3D aerobatics.
To complete the model you will need the following items: -
- Appropriate glue (Medium CA is recommended, do not use foam-safe varieties on this model)
- 4 × 16g servos (The HS-81 or HS-65MG are good choices)
- 5-channel+ receiver (2 x Aileron, 1 x Elevator, 1 x Rudder, 1 x Throttle)
- 200-400W power set. AXi 2808/24 (With PH4 prop adaptor) with a 1,800-2,200mAh 3s Li-Po and a 10×4.7 or 11×3.8 slow fly propeller. The AXi radial mount set is not required for this model.
The build is similar to the Yak and the smaller existing SU-29. Kevlar thread for pull-pull is not included. Please refer to the link below for PDF instructions.
Note: This is the unpainted version of the SU-29. For the standard painted version, please refer to the normal SU-29 EPP Model listing. Kit contents are the same however this version contains plain foam parts with no printing so that you can apply your own scheme.
