Shipping and handling
We may contact you to suggest alternate means of shipping or to indicate that a higher shipping charge will apply due to the weight of your order or specific destinations which result in higher shipping charges.
In most cases we will absorb these costs.
It is your responsibility to check that your delivery address is correct before confirming your order on the order confirmation page.
Incorrect addresses could result in your order being sent to the wrong address and your items being lost.

We maintain an order history of your purchases. This allows you and us to track your orders and review past purchases. This helps us to offer you a better service.
We collect information of a general nature about how many 'hits' our website gets, this helps us understand which products you are most interested in.
We monitor site traffic patterns; this tells us which areas of the site are being visited more than others and helps us to keep making the site more useful by offering you clear and comprehensive information.
If you enter your email address to be notified when an item is back in stock, we will discard your address as soon as that notification is sent.

Returns & Guarantee
Guarantee
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or you've had a change of heart, you must return it to us unused and in its original condition within 30 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.
Some products have different type of guarantee, and where this is relevant/applicable we will make this clear on the particular page for that product.
Returns
We do not charge a restocking fee and nor do we expect you to fill out a form with your life history. We do expect you to retain your receipt!
To return an item, simply get in touch on 0845 643 5419, send us an email or use our contact form and let us know why and what you would like to return to us. We will give you an address to return the item to, which is also shown on your invoice. We will provide a full refund for the cost of the item on receipt of your return.
Unfortunately we cannot refund any postage costs incurred unless we sent the item to you in error.
