Crack Turbo Beaver BIG - Apache

The original Crack series turbo beaver from Twisted Hobbys continues to be a popular plane and the Beaver is always going to be a well-received subject. This new larger 43" incarnation of the Crack Beaver brings even more to the sky: huge EPP wheels, X-shaped fuselage, extreme stiffness and ruggedness and an even more scale appearance over the original subject! Coming from the same stable as the existing Crack series, the Big Beaver has a lot to live up to not only in terms of flying performance and handling, but those relatively short and easy builds that Twisted Hobbys and RC Factory are renowned for… The Big Beaver delivers!

The Big Beaver can be flown on a basic 4-channel setup, but really brings the fun with a full blown computerised 7-channel setup and the use of the unique leading-edge flaps, which are so far unique only to the Big Beaver.

The Big Beaver is designed for 4-6 servos and 3s lipo batteries of around 1350mAh, power requirements are relatively high for a Twisted Hobbys airframe – 250-300W is what you really need although depending on how you like to fly it will fly on less if you do not need the 3D performance.

Required to complete: -

• Glue (UHU Por or normal Cyano recommended)
• 4-6 servos depending on desired setup (6 recommended!)
• 4-7 channel receiver (7 channels recommended for maximum joy!)
• 250W-300W power set (Motor, ESC, propeller, battery)
• 3s 1300mAh battery (or thereabouts)
• Suitable connectors for above components
• RC Transmitter

The flying weight of the Big Beaver is approximately 630g/22.2oz depending on the setup and battery used.

Please note that if you add our optional power set for this model, it does not include a battery connector on the ESC.
