The new SuperLITE SU-29 Russian from RC Factory is an ultra slow-flying indoor aerobatic and 3D radio controlled EPP aeroplane constructed from EPP. This version of the SU-29 features simple pre-hinged and pre-printed construction to get you in the air quickly and keep you there! The circular cowl not only adds realism to this model, but also smooths the airflow of the propeller and increases knife-edge flight capabilities.

Includes the best quality printed EPP airframe, carbon fibre push rods, laser cut wooden control horns with adjustable links, fibre-glass motor mount with snap links and shrink tubing.

A very quick and easy build, flys amazingly and does some weird and wonderful manoeuvres (more acrobatic than my repertoire).
Only criticism would be that it is more fragile than the standard crack series (EPP is probably half the thickness, but that's what makes it a superlite I guess). That being said, mine has survived some unscheduled arrivals needing only a little time and ca to get back in the sky.
Interesting flying in winds over 7mph, is better in the air than on the ground, gets blown away lol.
Amazing seeing an aeroplane reversing and landing backwards.
Knife edge rock solid, very little coupling required.

I have been a big fan of rc factory and twisted hobbies models for some years and have a range of their models from Veloxity to the Mini Crack and everything in between. I consider the Russian Superlite SU29 model to be the best yet. I fly it outside and it is very capable in wind. (NOT GALE FORCE!)It will perform any manoeuvre you can think of and probably some you cant!! It is crash resistant. I know from experience! and easily fixed with superglue! Overall. Awesome!!!!
Setup:
Motor AT2204/1800KV .12AMP SPEED CONTROLLER.
GENING SERVOS. APC 8X4.1 SLOW FLY 3D PROP
3S 460MAH BATTERY. Better for outside use
CRASH DAMAGE PREVENTION Outdoor Flying
Strengthen the front fuselage by adding 2 strips of 1-1.5mm carbon rod from nose to 50mm past the wings on each side. Reinforce front fuselage joints, motor mount, cowl and undercarriage legs and carbon bracing with hot glue. Use blenderm tape to strengthen aileron hinges inboard and outboard.Fit small lightweight wheels if flying on grass etc to stop u/c digging in when landing.
The small amount of extra weight is worthwhile to help prevent damage.
