Two-cell A123 battery packs with a nominal voltage of 6.6V. All of our A123 packs are produced using genuine A123/LiFePO4 cells from A123 Systems. Depending on your servos it may be necessary to use a voltage regulator. Check with your servo manufacturer if you are unsure.
When charging A123 battery packs comprised of two cells (2s) do not charge above 7.2V. When using 2s A123 packs in your RC model, do not discharge below 4.0V, this will ensure a long service life for your battery pack. Always use the LiFe/A123 setting on your charger.
These batteries make ideal receiver battery packs and a great replacement for 5-cell NiMH packs but with considerably better capacity retention and voltage stability.
