The original Fokker Dr.1 was a World War 1 fighter plane which was widely deployed in 1918 and in which the famous Manfred von Richthofen made his name. This new take on the Fokker Dr.1 from designer Cody Wojcik of Twisted Hobbys is an EPP triplane that has come to break the rules again! The Crack Fokker has a whole new set of flying characteristics for the Twisted Hobbys line-up; it can be flown very slowly and performs incredibly tight loops and very axial (and pretty fast!) rolls considering the wing area. Available in multiple colour schemes with modest power requirements.
The available colour schemes are all classics for this plane and the construction follows the typical straight-forward robust approach we have come to expect from RC Factory and Twisted Hobbys. The Red Baron scheme has two variants so you can battle it out in the skies with friends who have the Crack Camel and still spot the difference between two Barons of the sky!
The recommended equipment for the Fokker is as follows: -
- 1 × 60-100W motor (e.g. AT2206) with suitable propeller
- 1 × 10-12A ESC
- 1 × 3s 600-850mAh Li-Po
- 4 × 6g servos such as the Gening D561
- 1 x Micro receiver
Or just choose our optional power set and servo set which includes tried and trusted gear.
Made in Czech Republic.
