FrSky Taranis Q X7 Transmitter

The Q X7 transmitter is the latest feature-rich Tx at an unbeatable price and specification from one of the market leaders in RC transmitters and receivers. The Taranis Q X7 is a light-weight radio transmitter with haptic feedback, 16 channels, smoothly operating gimbals, two knobs and six switches. This radio is highly future-proof – it runs OpenTx and can be upgraded via the USB port.

The QX7 is available in black and white. If you're looking for something extra awesome, there is the QX7S which includes battery, charger, case and upgraded hall-effect gimbals over the standard QX7 shown here.

Out of the box, the X7 arrives with spring-centred gimbals, so some adjustment is required to set the gimbals to your preferred configuration of either mode 1 or mode 2. Check the video to see how this is done.
