The Jeti Duplex MUI 50 is a voltage and current sensor, compatible with all Jeti Duplex receivers, suitable for measuring currents up to 50A and voltages up to 60V.

This sensor should be connected between the power systems battery pack and the speed controller, in order to provide a pass-through to measure the current draw of your power system. You can also set alarms for: -

  • Low voltage
  • High amps
  • Consumed capacity (mAh)

Two additional wires are used to measure pack voltage. These can be connected in any way you wish and may even be connected across the balance tap on your pack, in order to monitor the complete pack voltage, to help you decide when to land. A threshold may be set for the pack voltage (Via the Jeti Box) to tell your Duplex transmitter module to alert you when your pack falls below that voltage.

Using this sensor it is possible to view in realtime, the current pack voltage, the motor run time and the capacity drawn from the flight battery.

An audible alarm can be configured via the Jeti Box to provide an alert when the flight battery voltage drops below a configurable minimum or when the current draw exceeds a configurable maximum.

Please note, the maximum current capability of this sensor is 50 amps. This sensor is not required to view the voltage and other metrics associated with the receiver system, which is provided by all Duplex receivers, without the need for an additional sensor.

The MUI 50 sensor weighs 19 grams (0.67 ounces)
