The new Extra 330 EPP model from the 39" series is a 3D/Aerobatic EPP foamie from RC Factory, which makes an excellent 3D trainer or 3D practice model. Simple and fast to build, these models are light-weight and bouncy! Being made from EPP, these almost indestructible EPP planes can be repaired easily with standard Cyano glues or UHU Por. Foam-safe CA is not recommended. Like the other RC Factory planes, the Extra 330 easily builds in a couple of evenings. A composite landing gear is included with light-weight wheels.
A 100-200 watt power system is recommended, such as the AXi 2212/26 (with radial mount) on a 3s battery (800mAh-1,200mAh) and a 10"x3.8" Slow Fly propeller. 4 servos are required to complete (2 x Aileron, 1 x Rudder, 1 x Elevator). We recommend the Gening D90 servo for all surfaces.
Use a 650-1200mAh 3s battery.
