T-Motor Flame 60A ESC

The Flame 60A HV Industrial ESC is designed for compatibility with MN4120, MN5208, MN5212, U5, U7, U8 and U10 motors. It has various protection features such as startup, overload, temperature and motor lock-up protection and is suitable for 6-12s. The layered structure of the internal components is designed to facilitate maximum heat dissipation and the surrounding case and overall construction gives it an IP57 international protection rating, which means it has protection from limited dust ingress and 15cm-100cm immersion in liquids.

This device supports continuous currents of 60 amps and bursts up to 80 amps. It does not have a BEC.

Protection Features

This ESC has various protection features built-in to protect the aircraft and the device itself.

• Motor startup: The ESC will shutdown the motor if it fails to start up within 2 seconds of the throttle value being increased.
• Signal loss: If there is zero throttle signal for more than 0.25 seconds, output power will be cut-off immediately. Normal function will be resumed when a signal is received.
• Motor lock-up protection: Motor restart will be attempted (up to three times) when lock-up is detected. If failure still occurs, output power will be cut. To restart and resume output, throttle should be moved to zero position and start again.
• Overload protection: The ESC will cut output immediately if the peak current hits 340 amps (short-circuit current)
