At first glance, this might look like a very simple frame but having followed its development over months and months of iterations: designing, fabricating, testing and flying and then repeating again and again to hone everything to absolute perfection, we can tell you that this is a very special frame indeed. The results speak for themselves and the Tokio X is certainly one of the best fpv racing drones we have encountered.
This is a light-weight and very strong frame designed for 5" props, with multiple layers of protection for your motors and FPV camera. The canopy has been designed specifically to protect your camera and electronics – it is bendable to absorb shocks and has a lip to protect the camera lens. The shape of the arms at the tip is there specifically to protect motors in the likely event of an arrival. The whole frame and canopy has been designed to be aerodynamic, so you can enjoy smooth, fast flights with one of the best fpv quadcopter kits around!
The Tokio X Race Frame is a real multi-purpose beast. It has been bred for racing, with optimised aerodynamics in both X and Z axis but all of it's protective features make it very suitable as a beginners frame too. It is light-weight, yet strong and easy to build. Maintenance is quick and easy, you only need to remove two screws to access the innards, making repairs quick and easy at the field.
This is a frame kit only. Electronics, power, motors, flight controller and fpv gear are not included.
