The new AXi 2814/16 Cyclone edition is a hybrid brushless motor designed for simplified installation in powered radio-controlled gliders and hotliners. These new motors take the AXi v2 a step further, with triple ball bearings, aluminium cooling fan and integrated ESC connectors on the rear of the can for simple installation – no more headaches with routing three motor wires over the top of the motor in that glider setup!

The 2814/16 Cyclone is a 1035kv brushless motor which is especially suited for powered gliders/sailplanes up to 1700g/60oz weight running on 3s with 11×5 folding propellers. A 30A ESC is recommended such as the Jeti Spin Pro 33. Prop mounting hardware is not included as it is expected that this is included with your folding propeller setup. The shaft is 5mm.
